– Bravely say, “I don’t know” or “I was wrong”

– Ask clarifying questions to better understand.

– Engage the problem, don’t attack the person

– Prioritize intention over perfection – Encourage participation without fear of making mistakes

– Let all the voices in the group to be heard in a democratic way

  •  Hand raising, unless told otherwise
  • Give the priority to those who haven’t spoken yet

– Always give, share, try to change your fellow’s life. You have huge value even with very small kind act.
