Join the mentoring program
This Social Hackers Lab mentoring program aims to create enriching and productive relationships between motivated young people and experienced professionals, thus promoting the development of skills and opportunities.
Program registration
I fill out the form as a Social Mentor (company or association) or as a Social Digital Hacker (young person aged 18-25)
Session Matching
Our team evaluates the registration forms and organizes individual meetings with each participant to better understand their expectations and skills.
The encounter
We organize a first meeting between the Social Mentor and the Digital Social Hacker to discuss expectations, objectives and terms of mentoring. Immediate feedback will validate the matching or suggest adjustments if necessary.
The Convention
For successful support, an agreement will be signed between the two parties in order to clarify the framework and commitments of each.
Program optimization
Regular monitoring sessions will be organized to assess the progress of the program and discuss challenges encountered.
