Mentorship & Collaboration
Les mentors entrepreneurs et les jeunes de 18-25 ans collaborent avec respect et bienveillance. Ensemble, ils innovent, partagent des expériences, et développent le potentiel de chacun. Social Mentoring Lab réunit des personnes diverses, motivées par une volonté commune de hacker le futur et de promouvoir solidarité et créativité.
A Revealing Choice
The Social Mentoring Lab is a human experience based on the exchange and sharing of knowledge. At Social Hackers Lab, we value the connection between mentor and mentee. After their first meeting, each duo is free to continue or not. This freedom ensures an authentic and inspiring mentoring experience.
Exploring dynamics
The mentoring relationship lasts 6 to 12 months, with a monthly meeting. Mentoring is neither a course nor advice. The Social Mentor offers another perspective, thus balancing the relationship. He provides feedback on situations and his questions help evaluate the relevance of the reasoning.
An altruistic commitment
Notre programme repose sur l’altruisme. Le Social Mentor, indépendant de l’organisation, partage son savoir-faire avec le Hacker Social . Tous deux s’engagent à respecter la neutralité, à bâtir une confiance mutuelle solide et à se rencontrer régulièrement, assurant ainsi des résultats exceptionnels.
